The best way to get to know a destination is by gaining a bit of its history. Today, we’ll be taking you on a tour that gives you a deep dive into Bahia’s roots. We’ll immediately immerse ourselves in the local culture by trekking through the city to visit historical landmarks, sampling traditional foods, learning about the people, visiting the world famous Pelourinho, and getting our first taste of Brazilian hospitality with a local lunch.

You’ll be spending the day partying with the locals at AFROPUNK’s only festival outside of the United States! Feel the music, free your mind, and enjoy an incredible lineup of ground breaking icons and emerging talents in art, culture, and fashion.

We’ll be packing our bags and changing locations as we head to Rio! Today is the perfect opportunity to discover some of the things that make the city so great. Get to know your new travel companions, check out that cool spot your friends back home recommended, stop by the local markets or hang out at the beach or poolside at our lush accommodations. 

Today is your day to do as you please. In the evening, we’ll enjoy dinner at one of Rio’s famous restaurants and start our second half of the trip!

Today, we'll hit the streets of Rio for a walking tour of the city, visiting the local markets, and checking out must-see landmarks like Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, and much more.

In the evening, you’ll have free time to enjoy a Caipirinha on the beach and watch the sun set over the Copacabana shores.

Today we’ll chop, sauté, and savor our way through the vibrant flavors of Brazil with an immersive cooking class. We’ll learn the secrets behind crafting traditional Brazilian dishes and delight our taste buds with the tantalizing aromas and bold spices that define this culinary paradise. 

Whether you're a novice or a seasoned chef, our cooking class promises an unforgettable taste of Brazil's diverse culinary heritage.

We’ll start our day exploring the vibrant and resilient community of a local favela with a guided tour to get a deeper understanding of the culture and daily life within these colorful neighborhoods.

In the evening, we'll come together one last time for a celebratory farewell dinner in Lapa, the center of Rio’s nightlife. To work up an appetite for dinner, we’ll have a samba lesson and learn some of the iconic steps and movements from seasoned instructors.
